healthy food mantrasHealthy and unhealthy foods:food is the most important thing that we take.it forms the foundation of a strong body.and gives us the energy to fight from alot of deadly diseases.to enjoy a healthy lifestyle,you must intake healthy food.if you only eat junk food,your body become lazy and lethargic,and you will have to face many issues in the overall development,the secret to a healthy life depends on two fundamental factors,one is the intake nutrious healthy food and other is exercising.but often we feel that healthy food is not equivalent too tasty food,and the sacrifice of unhealthy foods makes us over look the amount of fat,sugar and toxins that might be slowly killing us.to beat diseases,we need to take charge and toobe concerned about what we are eating as early as possible in our lives. **Points too be remember**. 1.our foods forms the most crucial part of our growth. 2.if we do not eat healthy food,then our body become obese. 3.we must have a balanced diet if we want to enjoy a healthy life. 4.the absence of protein,fats, carbohydrates, and vitamins,makes us lazy. 5.if we eat only fast food like burger patty, noodles,etc.then we will only become fat. 6.unhealthy food also stops the growth of brain. 7.we should eat junk food In a limited quantity and occasionally. 8.eating junk food gives a Chubby body,and we only look like a potato. 9.if you want to eat fast food then you can cook it at home in a healthy way. 10.if you're going to good way too health,then you must quit the unhealthy food.
